Aviscare is a re-prescription service and all the medicine deliveries are to replenish your tablets stock after you have had a tele-consultation with our partner doctor. 

Once you have finished your consultation you will have two options since the delivery is all about paper work : 

Option 1 : Send the medicines to our hospital along with your passport and visa copy. For our address kindly message on +1 7329723536. 

Option 2 : Incase you have medicines and also a doctor prescription, then our operations team will. get in touch with you and book a shipment. When the delivery partner will come to pick up you need to give him the following documents : 

1. Passport Copy 

2.Valid Visa Copy 

3. Original Medical Bill 

4. Original Prescription

5. Shipment Documents shared by our operations team

Note : Before booking the delivery pickup we need to know the weight and size of the shipment lengthxbreathxheight (in cm) 

Please make sure the following or else your shipment will be returned back : 

1.  Name of the Patient on the Invoice same as what is in the Passport

2. Quantity mentioned in the invoice, prescription should same in the package.

3. All the documents mentioned above should be attached. 

Though its based on the location, but it generally takes form 5-7 working days.
